Bayern Munich failed to win against Augsburg on Saturday after conceding the quickest goal ever recorded in Bundesliga history. Augsburg scored just eight seconds into the match, with goalkeeper Manuel Neuer blamed for the opener on the opening strike.

Harry Kane provided two assists but Bayern could not convert enough chances to take all three points, settling for a draw against a side they have often found difficult to beat. Club director Max Eberl hit back at the criticism targeting midfielder Joshua Kimmich, calling the attacks on Kimmich overblown.
